The base
Our gluten-free base is home-made and organic, made in house rather than bought in.
The oven
Pizzas cook in about two minutes in our wood-fire oven, imported from Italy.
The toppings
San Marzano tomatoes, fresh local fior di latte and buffalo mozzarella, Mooloolaba prawns and more. Check the menu for each pizza’s ingredients.

Can I get a gluten-free pizza as takeaway?
Takeaway is by phone. Call 0466 519 310 and ask for the gluten-free base ($5) when you order. The same coeliac notice applies: we can’t guarantee there’s been no cross-contamination, so we can’t cater for coeliacs.
Does the gluten-free base cost extra?
Yes. The home-made gluten-free base is a $5 add-on, on top of the price of the pizza you choose.
Can I get a gluten-free and vegan pizza?
