Suriano's is the Coast's first wood-fire Sourdough Pizzeria.
Our homemade dough begins with a 12 year-old Sourdough Starter made exactly as my grandmother did. The dough is proved for at least 24 hours which makes it lighter and very easy to digest. Doing it this way also gives the dough its own unique flavour.
As an homage to our beautiful home, Australia, and our Italian heritages, we will use the best local and seasonal produce to create authentic, Neapolitan-style pizza cooked in Giorgio's pride and joy - our wood-fire oven.
We will have vegetarian and vegan options for our friends with dietary requirements.
We will also have some incredible beers, wines and cocktails on offer - the perfect partners for your meals.
